🚚 Butiful Shipping Policy

At Butiful, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and affordably.

📦 Shipping Methods

  • We primarily use UPS and USPS for deliveries.

  • In special cases, a common carrier may be used.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 8–12 business days

  • Priority Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Options: 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight are available.

⚠️ Important Notes on Expedited Shipping

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time are shipped the next business day.

  • The day of shipment does not count as a “delivery day.”

  • Example: A 3-Day Select order placed before 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the 4th business day after the order date.

🌴 Alaska & Hawaii

  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS.

  • Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time differences.

📍 Domestic Shipping Coverage

We ship across the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Wake Island, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, Truk, Kosrae, and Yap.

  • Free shipping is available on U.S. domestic orders over $300.00

  • Applies to the 48 contiguous states only

📑 Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your invoice and tracking number.

  • If your package has not arrived, you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order.
