📦 Butiful Return Policy

At Butiful, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, which is why we offer a simple and customer-friendly return process in partnership with our dropship suppliers.

✅ Free Returns

• We offer FREE returns on all eligible orders shipped within the 48 continental United States.

• To qualify, a return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

🔄 How It Works

1. Contact Us First

   • To start a return, please email our support team at kim@butiful.info with your order number and reason for return.

   • We’ll work with our supplier to issue a Return Authorization Number and a free UPS prepaid label.

2. Receive Your Label

   • Once approved, we’ll send you the prepaid return label by email.

   • Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any UPS location.

3. Return Timeline

   • You’ll have 14 days from the time you receive your return label to ship the item back.

   • Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

4. Refunds

   • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our supplier’s warehouse, we will process your refund.

   • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• Free return labels are only available for shipments within the 48 continental states.

• Items returned without prior authorization or after the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

• Please allow time for communication between our store and our supplier when processing returns.
